6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Genotracker.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting your genetic data to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store the data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
8. Data Handling and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data during transmission and storage. We only store checksums of your data and do not retain your full genetic information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genotracker.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
